As I mentioned in my last blog, my hope is to continue with the Mommy & Me Blossom sessions every year. Too often moms don't get in front of the camera because the time isn't right in their mind. They feel that they need to lose weight, get in better shape, have their hair cut and styled, make up just right... Each little phase of our children is short lived. Even though in the moment it doesn't feel that way. That sound your baby is currently making, or the way his hair curls up on the ends will be gone before you know it. Get in the frame with them. You will cherish them and so will they. Even if a professional photographer is out of your reach, implore your significant others, families, and friends to snap these shots of all of you together. Trust me, you will never regret how you look in them years down the road.
